Deep Tissue Massage: 1 hour – £55  1½ hours – £75  2 hours – £95
My most popular treatment using a unique combination of deep tissue techniques, acupressure and thai style moves to release toxins, muscle tension, stress and pain. Includes a personalised blend of aromatherapy oils.

Seated Acupressure Massage: 30 minutes…£40
This massage is performed fully clothed in a very comfortable ergonomically designed massage chair. A quick effective treatment that works along the Chinese meridian lines and targets the upper back, neck and other areas under stress from computer work.

Hot Stone Fusion Back Massage: 60 mins….£60
The heat from the Hot Stones penetrates and melts the tension in the surface of your muscles followed by deeper releasing of old tension with my hands using deep tissue techniques. The sensation is soothing and relaxing but also targets pain and tension commonly held in the back.

Reflexology: 1 hour…£50
Foot, hand or ear massage for stimulating healing of the whole body. This powerful treatment promotes balance and relaxation and boosts all of the bodies systems and organs. Highly recommended for well being.

Indian Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage: 40 minutes – £45
A deeply relaxing treatment to ease tension around the shoulders, scalp and eyes. When your head feels good, you feel good…

Summertime Facial: 1 hour – £50
A luxury treatment using top-quality organic products and advanced facial rejuvenation techniques. Especially good for dry or dehydrated skin.

Warm Bamboo Massage: 1 hour…£55
Heated sticks of bamboo help to stretch and ease your muscles out. This is quite a deep treatment and is especially effective on the legs. Particularly recommended for runners and cyclists and those who enjoy heat treatments.

Aromatherapy Massage: 1 hour – £55 1½ hours – £75
An individualised relaxing oil massage treatment to soothe mind, body and spirit.

Reiki Healing: 1 hour – £45
A form of ‘hands-on’ natural healing. The deep relaxation allows your body to heal itself on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
